I strongly advise prospective residents to look beyond the high-rated reviews and exercise extreme caution before considering this property, as my experience over the past year has been defined by systemic mismanagement and substandard living conditions. For a monthly rent exceeding $2,100, the property suffers from persistent pest infestations and unreliable heating systems that the leasing office consistently fails to address with effective solutions. Furthermore, the parking situation is highly disorganized and governed by predatory policies, including a disproportionate $500 fee for lost permits and a total lack of visitor accommodations. Wheels on my car was robbed along with its tires. Property management does not care nor provide security cameras outside in the lot. Yet, they are very strict about cars being towed if there’s no tenant stickers. Since I’ve moved in, every week car alarms will go on during the evening and night. The bathroom has extremely poor ventilation so the faucets and shower head knob will rust along with the sink faucet. For the price to live there, it isn’t worth it.

Absolutely love living at Westford Park apartments! It's affordable, the amenities are amazing, and the maintenance staff are the best I have ever experienced! My favorite part is that the apartments are pet friendly and have a wonderful dog park!

This is by far, THE BEST apartment complex I’ve lived in. They take complaints seriously and follow up with you instead of giving you attitudes. The maintenance guys are GREAT and FAST! They do everything by the book (which is why you see some bad reviews because people don’t wanna follow rules), but it keeps everything in place. As long as you clean the apartment properly, YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK unlike most of the places I’ve lived in before. Keep up the good work!

We lived here at 1009 Westford for 5 years and only just moved away to find a quieter life away from the city - the staff did an excellent job of maintaining the property and was always responsive. We never had any problems with the office. The few times we had family emergencies the office was always there to help us and was patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Working with Jen in the office was always a pleasure!
