Living here has been a genuinely great experience. The building is always clean, the neighbors are polite and generally friendly, and the management team is incredibly understanding and easy to speak with. Any issue — no matter how big or small — is always handled with priority, which really shows how much they care about their residents. While I do wish the parking situation were safer and more affordable, and that my unit had a bit more space, everything else about the apartment is beautiful. The appliances and fixtures are all updated, and the overall environment feels well cared for. I would gladly rent from this owner and management team again and again.

I love living here! It’s quiet, clean and a safe building. The owner and management are the best too. They are great at communicating updates and easy to reach. I especially love that the appliances are up to date and have everything I need like a washer and dryer in unit. My dog loves it too!

New building, The Carter on Middlesex St. Management (Lauren) listens and responds quickly. Have had very few issues and when something does come up, it is taken care of promptly. A nice new spot in the growing Middlesex St area of Lowell.

The Carter is such an elegant and modern complex to reside. Justin and Lauren are some of the most thoughtful and kind landlords to ever have! They are very accommodating and lookout for their tenants best interests! I would highly recommend renting from their properties. This is a great company to work with!🧡🧡

Justin and Lauren, owner and management, have gone above and beyond in property management. The building is well kept, they are quick to respond and have been more helpful in my times of need than any landlord I've ever had. My family and I are grateful and content in our historical brownstone!
