Grandview Apartments

We have been residents of Grandview Apartments and Penthouses for over a year now. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone interested. We have lived in different apartments in the Lowell area for 15 years and Grandview has been the best so far by a wide mile, in regards to customer service, friendliness, maintenance, location and the general functioning and condition of the building. That is not to say that the building is 100% perfect and there will be absolutely no issues. Those are not realistic expectations. However, it does mean that the issues are generally taken care of quickly and the folks in the office are pleasant to work with namely Jessica, Alex, and Kayla. The maintenance team is also pleasure to work with, consisting of Steve, Dave, and Billy.

I've lived here with my wife for just over a year now and can't stress enough what a great complex and community the Grandview apartments are! Parking is fantastic, great location by the river, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The apartments themselves are quite large and excellently maintained. Maintenence is just an email away, and resolve issues very promptly and with tremendous care. Special shout out to Kayla in the leasing office for being the absolute best!! She helped us get into the property and we're eternally grateful for that. She also puts up with me messaging her about any issues I have, and always has an immediate solution. Just the best! All in all, its an amazing place to live, from the wonderful neighbors to the location, and the quality of the property. Highly recco

The lovely card and gift box of goodies was a lovely treat! Wonderful to return to Grandview. I love my unique unit with the dressing room which I did not have before. The inspection process was easy. Kayla, Alex and Jessica on the staff have been incredibly helpful and patient as my move date was dependent on my home sale. My date changed a couple of times and they were very pleasant and accommodating to the change. My full move is May 1 I look forward to settling in.

We’ve been here over 2 years and love living here. Over this time, management has been very responsive. Maintenance calls are easily entered via a resident portal. We always get a call back from Gus on the same day if the call has a high priority. Emergency calls are addressed immediately. We recently placed a call regarding our washing machine making a loud banging noise. Gus was at our door the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered a new unit. He gave us a time estimate of 2 weeks. This morning, one week early, Gus removed the old unit, installed the new unit, and explained the operation in less than an hour. We are thrilled to have moved into Grandview Apartments. The staff is wonderful in every aspect. They are professional and very helpful. We are looking forward to many happy years here.
