201 Canal Apartments

I waited on a lottery list for 4yrs and my name finally came up so you know they keep up on these lists. Clarissa was extremely helpful guiding me through the very complex process of getting all required documents to signing the lease. I love my new apartment and the office doors are always open. Alex the maintenance man is always around and prompt too help with any issues I have with my apartment. The building is quiet and all the extra amenities are clean and comfortable. It also offers all the convenience of downtown Lowell. Thank you for giving me a beautiful place I can call home!! 😇🙏

We signed our leasing contract today, and we couldn't have done it if it wasn't by the hard work of Clarissa and Marrisa. We are deeply thankful for everything they did. Both Clarissa and Marissa replied to all our emails (even after working time), and also did a virtual tour. We can't wait to move in and have a good time at this place. Not sure why there are negative reviews. This place was great , I lived there for two years. Clarissa in management is always responsive and friendly, never had an issue with communicating. The vibes there are always clean and smelling fresh, it feels high end and new, I loved it. Maintenance is there m>f everyday and the cleaner too. Of course on the negative side some residents are disrespectful and take the place for granted, but you get that literally any place you go to - the rest of the residents shame them pretty well and management cracks down on things like that. As far as amenities, the rooftop grill and hang out spots are sweet. There’s a spacious downstairs overlooking the canal. A decent gym with your basics and also nice quiet residents.
