Western Springs Apartments

I have lived at Western Springs for 2 years. So far it’s been a great experience! Jen & Jeremy have been amazing, supportive to this community, proactive, and kind. Jen always keeps us up to date on happenings and Jeremy is quick to respond to maintenance calls. The price is reasonable. It’s a great community for families.

I have been living here for 5 years now, and I have seen the challenges of finding or keeping a reliable manager. I am pleased to say that they have finally found a great property manager, Jen. She is great and on top of things, she is great with communication, wants everyone to have a safe environment and the cleanliness of our complex. Jen is been making improvements to better the complex. Jeremey is always on top of any maintenance that comes up around the complex or if I have any issues he communicates with any issues and gets the job done in a timely manner.

As retirees, my husband and I decided it best to rent a place near one of our children. We selected Western Springs near our daughter. It is buffered somewhat from the main route through town and feels like “home” to us now. The manager Jennifer was very considerate when selecting our unit, as I believe she is with everyone. The maintenance gentleman Jeremy is superb. He is respectful, knowledgeable; and, in my opinion, can repair anything. He works solo and has the responsibility of maintaining all the units, the grounds, and pretty much everything; but there is seldom much of a wait. He addresses issues promptly. So we've only been here since July 1st, but we are loving the place so much. Jen was such a huge help in the application process. She is also great with communication. Rick the maintenance guy is awesome too. He is always there when we need him, very professional, and makes sure everything is in working order before he is done. One of the other things we love is the location. We're not in town but we're close enough if we need anything. This is really the best apartment complex that we've ever lived in. I had an incredibly difficult time trying to move in here a few years ago. They prolonged the paperwork and made it a huge headache that ultimately had me find a new apartment instead. Some things fell through and I had to reapply in the hopes I could try to move here again. They had replaced the manager at this point and the application was quick and effortless. They called and kept me up to date and I was able to move in immediately. The new manager, Jennifer is extremely friendly and accommodating. She reached out for every missed call and email and any issues were promptly fixed with the help of Rick of maintenance. They have completely turned this complex around.
