I had such a great experience touring The Local in Dripping! Taylor, the leasing professional who helped me, was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and gave me a clear picture of what living here would be like. Her warm personality and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Taylor if you're considering this community!

Christian at Local Dripping Springs Apartments was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the entire experience warm, personal, and seamless — from the very first tour to answering every little question with genuine care. Christian is the ultimate lady for helping find the apartment that I wanted and she helped me breeze through the paper work. She is super nice and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. I look forward to making my home at Local Dripping Springs. The apartments are beautiful, they have a welcoming effect and it is more of a home than just an apartment. They are built and decorated to be open and up lifting. I am in love with the white countertops and the large kitchen with plenty of storage, also the bath room is very spacious. I'm so excited to make my home at Local Dripping Springs!

This is a great place to live! I just moved here with my boyfriend last week and the staff has been so accommodating! Grant has been amazing since we toured with him to now living here! Our dryer is being serviced due to issues, so he made great accommodations to help us make sure we are able to dry our clothes. Christian has also been a huge help as well! I highly recommend!
