West Wing Manor Apartments

Very high crime area. The buildings have a coded entry so that helps. They wouldn't let me view the apartment until I signed the lease, that was a big mistake. They said it would be clean but it wasn't. Adam was helpful in answering my calls and questions until I signed the lease, then he avoided me at all costs. We had the cleaning lady return twice then I just decided to do it myself. Appliances kept breaking on me in the few months I lived there. Maintenance was friendly and quick at their job. The office is not located on site. Which makes maintenance requests difficult because the only copy of the unit key is located in the Bellevue office, so you have to be home to let maintenance in. Lived there for a year and it was crazy expensive. I pulled my car up closer to the door so I could load some stuff, and the staff were next to my car calling the tow truck because it was not parked where they wanted it. This was not a we talked to you about this moment, this was the first time and they never talked to me about it. If your fine with the high rent and joke parking issues, go for it.

Nice place clean landscape would definitely visit again

Don't dislike this place. I just went there to help someone move.
