West Towne Condominiums

I owned a unit here for almost ten years (sold it in mid 2020). Modest condos. The neighborhood is safe, the location is good. If you want fancy, look elsewhere :-) but these are very affordable and hold their value well. Happy to have bought this unit. I did sell it when my tenant went to assisted living. (I was tired of being a landlord, even with just one rental unit.) I understand that today the units can no longer be rented out.

I have lived here 2 years. Unique condo layout, wood burning fireplaces, very affordable. Quiet, friendly, safe. This condominium is great if you are OK with small units (although upper units loft/high ceilings really open it up) and don't mind uncovered parking.

Worst rental experience of my life. Terrible management. If you email them, expect it to take it at least 1 to 2 months to hear back from them. If you have a bike, store at in your own apartment. My bike was cut from the lock to be stored for the winter. After about 3 months of asking for my bike, it was finally returned but it was irrepairable from the damage they had done and had to be thrown away. Care to stay the winter? Think again. The front door, sliding door, and the fireplace are all super drafty. You might as well have a window open. The heating system is patchy at best. Some nights would get into the lower sixties in our house because the heater wouldn't turn on at night. The workout center in the club house is it total joke.
