Chris was amazing from the beginning, before she was even our agent she spent 45 minutes in the phone with me answering questions about starting the home buying process! Review of Shelley Lazzareschi, Realtor Before I started working with Shelley Lazzareschi, of Mad City Dream Homes, I did my homework, i.e. took a home buying class, knew the difference between the types of real estate professionals, made a table in Word with questions to ask, interviewed five (5) realtors, and chose two (2) realtors to work with. Both realtors had very good histories about knowledge of the area, number of years in the real estate business, expertise in buying the type of home I was looking for, and the number of homes they had helped buyers purchase in the past 5 years. Both realtors were excellent, But Shelley was better with call backs and person to person communications, while the other realtor used ‘AI ‘to contact me, suggest properties, and answer some of my questions
