I am very impressed. The on-site property manager Ms. Tracie James is top-notch and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. She is very informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Additionally, Ms. Tracie James makes sure that the maintenance team is helpful during any unexpected issues, and that they always respond quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always well maintained and quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a convenient place to call home. Again Management is fantastic and goes above and beyond to ensure tenant satisfaction. The experience I had was a very good one. Everything and questions I had to ask were quickly answered and all the help and documentation was done with relative ease.

I called West Forty 9 Apartments and asked about availability. The manager there named Tracy answered and invited me to the property to take a tour. When I arrived we took a tour of the property which was well manicured and clean, and a couple of the available units. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The units were extremely nice, and clean. I will be applying, and hope that I get approved. Also, she explained to me about a move in special that the property has going on right now. If you move in by October 15th, you will get $500 off of your rent in November and December. That is a total plus for me!!

I went in for a tour (little skeptical) from the reviews but found a hidden gem. I toured a 2 bedroom and everything is new, from the appliances to the carpet and tile. While it is an older complex, it is very well kept. I was informed by the manager Ms. Tracey that the complex was just taken over by a new management company and they are offering a move in special this month ($500 off). She was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be returning to submit my application. 🙂

First I want to say that my experience here was Very welcoming. Ms Tracey and the staff was very professional and courteous. Ms Tracey Customer service Was very superb. The staff hospitality was very warming and impeccable. They were very knowledgeable to the property, which is a plus.. I want to thank you all for giving me and my husband a great tour. I would definitely recommend this place due to the customer service .Thank you.

I’ve happily lived at 49 West apartments for over a year. The management team is courteous, friendly and responsive to the needs of the tenants. There has never been a time when my concerns weren’t speedily addressed and with a smile. I think you get what you give in the community that you live in; I’m glad I made this choice.
