The Haven

Living at the Haven was a very good experience! It was clean, easily walkable to the college and downtown, and affordable. Starr was great to rent from. We never had a problem reaching her as she was very responsive and made sure her tenants were taken care of! Highly recommend making the Haven part of your rent search.

The Haven has been such a great place to live. It is safe, affordable, and the management is incredible. Starr is very attentive to all your needs and she goes above and beyond for all tenants. The Haven checks so many boxes for me and I highly recommend this complex!

Living at the Haven was a great experience. Starr was always quick to respond and help fix problems when I brought them to her attention. Parking was great, and it is an easy walk to downtown Milledgeville and GCSU's campus. Needs some updates, but overall a good place to live.

I love my apartment at the Haven! It is so close to downtown and both GMC and GCSU. Anytime I have had a maintenance problem or anything, management has been very responsive.

The Haven was overall a great place to live. The atmosphere was quiet, but many friendly neighbors. The layouts were solid with tons of space. The management was changed to the people who run the complex I live in now. They are extremely on top of things and kind.
