There's a loud humming from the transformer directly next to my bedroom. Causes headaches and lack of sleep. Incredibly poor placement.
The apartment are nice, clean and close to campus. My problem is with the incentives that were promised during signing in February, 2022. After numerous requests to local Mgt. and corporate (Phoenix Mgt.) I have not yet been provided the incentives promised during signing of lease agreement. Please be aware of any incentives being offered, get it in writing as they may have staff turnover and may never come through. Please consider that before signing a lease here. Updated 12/8/22, Phillip from the local management company made good with the previous incentive. So, I would be happy to upgrade my review from 3 to 4 stars.
My son loves living at campus edge! Thank you to Phillip for being such a a great manager!
Maintenance team is incredible, always very fast to respond and fix any issues in the apartment!
Campus Edge is so beautiful and close to campus!
