The Office Manager is very professional, kind, and helpful. She is concern about any issue that you may have. She made sure that the unit was clean and safe for your move. She has made my transition here very smooth. This is the best place to live if you are 55 and over. It's peaceful and quite. You here the birds singing in the morning. I love my unit. It has all the comfort of home. This is the place to live. I feel safe here and I am at peace. I've only been here a little while, but what I am hearing from the community, it's a great place to live.

My abuela lives here and the homes are very nice, senior approved, and ADA accessible. When I visited my abuela, her caregiver was checking in with her. She was there before I arrived and stayed after I left. While there, the office delivered food for my abuela which was great! No produce, just frozen meals, bread, juice, and milk. I thought this was very nice and the food comes with nutritional information which is very helpful for our loved ones who have dietary restrictions. Though I haven’t had extensive experience with the community as a whole, they seem to take good care of my abuela and I’ve never heard her complain of mistreatment. There’s also a shuttle in the community which is perfect since abuela can’t drive and depends on others to take her on errands. 💟

Cannot keep manager. Cannot reach maintenance in an emergency. Rent goes up every year
