It's been 18 months since my home inspection was done. Since then, I have had so many expensive repairs to things that an inspector absolutely should have caught. Roof, facia, soffits, windows and the most expensive item so far, all new subfloors bc the existing had actual holes from water damage that could be seen from crawlspace. These are not issues behind walls that cannot be seen! I wonder what else they missed. It's an absolute horrible feeling to know that I relied on this inspection being close to accurate before buying the house. Steer clear. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else so you can have peace of mind.
