West End Gardens

I want to raise a concern about something I’ve experienced several times recently. While the maintenance crew has been working near my building, I’ve heard strange and inappropriate noises coming from outside my window — including sounds that no resident should be hearing during normal work hours. This has happened repeatedly, and it makes the environment uncomfortable, especially considering that many families with children live in these apartments. I can’t say what the workers’ intentions are, but the behavior is unsettling and comes across as unprofessional. At times it even feels like it could be directed in a way that makes residents uneasy. Filthy apartment workers at this property constantly make inappropriate jokes and comments. Their behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and makes residents feel uncomfortable.

I lived at West End Gardens Apartments for a year and I liked it. I only lived here for a year but my experience there was great. Maintenance fixed things in a timely manner and I had quiet neighbors. The negatives are no dogs or cats policy and a mild ant problem when the weather gets warm. But I am leaving very satisfied through the entire process of signing the lease, living in the apartment and moving out the apartment. The only reason that is keeping me from signing another lease is I accepted an out-state-job. The apartment I rented is apt.63 and it will be available in April 2023.

I live here for 14 years in North Plainfield in this apartment, I really loved it and I enjoyed it! But since time has change I moved out of this place, this place gave me a lot of memories and I am still sad I moved. I will never forget this place, I had good times over there, I would sometimes visit there to see how is my old apartment doing. 5/5! I miss this place
