Cypress Gardens

So far so good. Very clean neighborhood with friendly people. Lots of parking and easy access to the laundromat. Maintenance services are prompt and easy to interact with. Edit: I am impressed. A week or so after the snow fall and the initial clean-up effort, they did another round of snow plowing, cleaning up a lot of the piled up snow that was left over. I really appreciate it. Opened up a few spots!

The worst place I ever lived in I just moved in like 2 month ago the water keeps leaking from the roof in my kitchen and my living room plus I have 4 mouses in apartment a came from a couple spot uninstall l in my apartment I cant go to sleep or I can’t use my bathroom I’m working all day and I feel stressed and unsafe place plus hallway, floor and bedroom floor when you keep walking it makes sounds though the floorboard doesn’t install in a good position i’m paying $1725 apt 210 every night when I come back from my work I have to park my car all the way down so far from my apartment and I have to walk after a long day from work that’s zero review parking is bad. Every unit should have one assigned spot with the money we’re paying.

TLDR: Quite a few issues along the way. Find a place not managed by Garden Communities for better service. The manager Deniz responds to inquiries but in the end none of our concerns were resolved. Main Issues: 1. They started replacing windows about a month after we moved in. Would only be a slight inconvenience if it weren't for the fact that they left construction debris all over our bed, furniture, countertops, and floors. We brought this up and the second time they came they just started our robo vac without putting the filter and collection bin back on. We came home to find construction debris pushed all over the apartment and the vacuum motor getting clogged and we had to replace the $200 vacuum. 2. They did a repaving project over the span of a week where they started work at 7AM

They ruined our honeymoon trip. My husband and I went away for 2 weeks. Unfortunately while we were away Cypress Gardens had a project where they suddenly started replacing the outer walls on some buildings, requiring vehicles to be moved. Unfortunately we weren't around to move our car. They ended up towing our car to a tow lot where we incurred $560 worth of charges. Before our trip I even told the manager Deniz that we would be away for 2 weeks and asked if there were any projects that I should know about that would require us to move our vehicles. She told us no and that we had nothing to worry about. Upon returning and finding that our car had been towed I asked her if they would reimburse us for towing charges. She told us no. The put a clear coat over the kitchen cabinet that's horrible. They give keys to contractors to come into your Apartment. They have contractors working outside until 10:00 pm at night. They were supposed to be working on the gutters. The bricks fell because the fire department had to come to my house to see what could have caused this to happen .the repaved the parking lot it took about three week... The dug up the whole thing at once since not much available parking complet off highway no street parking. Okay it time for me to update my lease and before you move here read the Lease Renewal Addendum... If your apartments leaks have mold or basically anything else they not responsible.....you are
