Terrace View Gardens

Lived there for 10 yrs. 82-92 and it was a dump then and worse now. Had the state inspectors (that I had to find myself on property) and was told by them I should have been paid by the complex for living there. I painted apartment and laid down kitchen floor myself. Also bathroom wall was loaded with termites (soap dish fell out of the wall) The complex should be condemned, company only interested in making money and doing nothing for the tenants. Buildings look like they're falling apart.

Do NOT move here! Highly inconsiderate neighbors. I called management for 4 straight years about noise complaints with my neighbors . Nothing ever gets done! You have neighbors that stomp and drag things across the floor 24/7 you have multiple families living here with multiple kids and all they do is RUN 7 days a week. You barely have any quiet time .. oh and they have a mice problems, I lived there for 4 years and not ONE of exterminator have came unless you call! I caught 2 mice on my own and still having issues with mice ( even with your apartment spotless). Management is terrible and never get anything done with any complaints you make .. cheap and squeaky floors

I’ve been here for two years and as of June 2024 I have mice in my apartment let the property management aware of the issue they sent the exterminator twice basically I’ve caught four mice still more. They were in my stove and they were supposed to send one of the other maintenance man to come and see what they can do and in reference to it make a long story short is the end of August still got mice in my apartment and my apartment is very clean. They just keep beating around the bush and not finding a problem to the to the to the solution.definitely not renewing my lease .im so pissed I don’t live in these type of conditions at all

This apartment viewing experience epitomized the nadir of my search thus far. Despite confirming my appointment for Wednesday, incessant reminders inundated me with the address and contact details. However, upon arrival, I found myself unable to connect with anyone. The provided address proved misleading, leading me astray from the actual location of the apartment. Moreover, the contact number supplied was affiliated with another complex entirely, devoid of a leasing office on-site. Subsequently, I was left waiting fruitlessly, purportedly for the superintendent to locate me. This lamentable ordeal squandered valuable time and exposed a blatant disregard for professionalism, as evidenced by the negligent receptionist's handling of inquiries. I have moved in 2023. My living experience is GREAT !!! If there is any problem inside of the appartment, maintenance guy is always there. My favorite people are the menegment- Jennifer and Margo. They are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for beeng always there for me !!
