Terrible service from manager (sent multiple emails about every problem and did nothing)/ didn't get anything solved/ neighbors think they own the property/ over taking multiple parking space when the contact it says 2 spots for each tenant/ had to call cops on them multiple times. Old lady from apt 55 threatened me to smack me (have it recorded), banging on my door, giving me attitude. But loved to beg to take our stuff when moving out.

I called the office a month ago, but they still haven't come to fix it.

Horrible condition and unsafe. Mold, cracked paint, bad air, bad pipes, musty carpet, so many drafts, exposed staples and nails on the floor that poke you. Everything is done and repaired in cheapest way possible. They fixed my AC leak by putting a bucket down that I have to empty. My neighbor was shot and killed. They still raised my rent after.

Not even a 1 star I would give this place when I first moved the first month January saw two to three cockroaches then the second month the beginning of February paint cracking in bath room and bedroom and peeling I call the office about problems and they seem extremely bothered horrible service

Public facilities are broken and not repaired in time
