Alison Baity, when a client is interested in being shown a property and is discussing it with you, please work on your salesperson charm. When a client asks a question about what is allowed on a property to be built, do not send them the entire Colorado code and permit book. Also sending multiple messages in a row stating that I needed to hurry because you had a busy day.
