Kit was knowledgeable of the units and dis a great job introducing me to the paperwork and understanding the lease. She was very helpful and did a great job explaining everything.

Eclipse has been a great company to work with as my fiancé and I have found our new home through them! Kit specifically has been so friendly and welcoming to us and making sure we have all our questions answered. We have been able to communicate easily with them and they are very fast to respond with anything we need!

I just got done talking to Kit in Alamosa who was super friendly and answered all of my questions. This company has been great with communication so far. I think the resident benefit package might be good for first time rentors or college students, but I feel I don't need any of the services except the associated renters insurance. Eclipse has some very old buildings they rent out for owners so be sure to get eyes on the unit before renting. I had to rent site unseen because I had no choice coming from Alaska, but my particular apartment is rough. Keep this in mind for Alamosa in general because it has very old infrastructure. That aside, I appreciate Eclipse so far.

Tons of FAKE REVIEWS!!! They will keep your deposit no matter what you do, BEWARE!!! The Blue Sky Apartments in Alamosa are run down, dirty, unsafe, and they're that way when you move in. The balconies are falling apart, hopefully you won't be the one to fall through... You document all the problems, they do nothing to fix them, and then charge you to fix the problems that were there when you moved in. (which I doubt they really fix) They KNOW you won't or can't afford to hire a attorney to dispute the charges and you're screwed. STAY AWAY!!

It's been nearly 2 years and as an out of state owner I couldn't be happier with switching to Eclipse Property Management for my Colorado rental property. They are really professional, have amazing tools to help them manage everything and always make me feel valued and heard. It's hard to find a company like this anywhere in the country, so I'm so thankful they are there in Grand Junction.
