Called several times to schedule an appointment. He could not keep a scheduled appointment nor would he return my calls/texts. Totally unprofessional and overpriced. When I canceled he stated "good I didn't want to do it anyways" he stated "there wasn't enough money in it". He quoted me 325.00 to take a water sample. I chose another local inspector to complete the services at a fraction of the cost (85.00) Unprofessional, over priced and incompetent, not a way to conduct business. Do not use this business, hopefully his unprofessional habits will cause him to go out of business saving others the problems I encountered.

Jeremiah is our inspector. We will need him again next week. The service was just totally above and beyond our expectations in every way.
