Living here has been extremely disappointing. There have been ongoing bug issues, and there is essentially no on-site management. Instead of having an actual property manager, random representatives from corporate show up inconsistently, making it nearly impossible to get real problems addressed. Rent was raised under the claim that it was to maintain the property, yet my apartment is literally falling apart. Maintenance issues persist, repairs are delayed or poorly done, and the overall condition of the unit continues to decline despite increased rent. There are also only three washers and dryers for the entire complex, and they are either constantly full or frequently not working, making basic necessities like doing laundry unnecessarily stressful. We lived here when Erika and Eric actually had this place put together but due to Erika not being trained correctly we were given inaccurate information about the duplex being for low income families. They aren’t low income and dealing with the bullying from the landlord, maintenance boy and corporate simply ain’t worth it not mentioning the extremely high number of police activity that come through here. Management is anything but accommodating or respectful. They have inspections every month and if the time is inconvenient for you it’s a lease violation on your end. Calling, emailing or any sort of communication with them is NONEXISTENT. It takes DAYS to hear back. I need to emphasize the following points about the Alamosa location. The office and maintenance staff have been consistently rude without any apparent reason. The amenities listed are not available, including a gated community, storage units, access to the fitness center, community center, and business center. The laundry facility for over 40 units only has 3 washers and 3 dryers. Moreover, there are only 2 dumpsters, which is inconvenient for residents who have to walk to the other side to dispose of their trash.
