Had a appointment here yesterday, sat in the gym/lobby/coffee room/ leasing office I guess it’s a all in one type deal, anyway the agent sat in her office watching videos and chit chatting while a appointment was clearly waiting. She said she would be with us shortly, but as you drive up you see the place has trash every where microwaves etc. blinds are broken on nearly every apartment giving it an overall depressing vibe. Anyway we just walked to our car and onto our next appointment, and to top it off she sent us an email this morning saying thank you for your visit. Thank you for saving me the time honestly, you pay for what you get and I thought we could save a couple hundred dollars in rent seeing we’re saving for a house but once you get in a certain price range people just stop c

Units are nice. I viewed a two bed with a loft. Property is clean and cozy. Convenient location, parkway and shopping centers nearby. Average pricing.

There is barely anyone in the rental office. However,when you finally reach someone they tell you that you need to gross $5,000.00 per month to live in a unit that's only $1,750.00 per month. Something just doesn't add up!!🤔
