You aren’t going to beat the knowledge of a man working in the business since the 80s. He has a keen understanding of the real estate market and years of experience can’t be replaced by any smooth talking.

Very poor appraisal. Basic research of properties for sale in my area was not done well. There appraisal for my land value was $149,000 below my towns cheapest property sold over 3 years. Had 2 other appraisal on my property both of which valued my property $175,000+ more than McGuire + Associates.
