My friend lives here and says they turn off the heat at night even when it's flurrying outside and ive felt it first hand came over at 7 45 a.m no heat coming out of the cheap old forced hot air radiators stayed in my jacket the heat didn't start working until 10 am

They managers here are TERRIBLE. They are Jewish (no offense to anyone, but alot of them come off as rude & money hungry) which the people in charge here most defiantly have. First of all they are charging 1250 for a SMALL 1 bedroom, with no dining room. Small bedroom, small living room & small kitchen with no space. They were in the perfect spot for me & my finance at the time so we went ahead to move forward with the process. They want you to give 200 app fee with nonrefundable $50 bucks. Which we did. They showed us an apartment that was supposed to be reserved for me, next thing i know they have someone else moving in the apartment. & told me another one wont be available till next month which was July.. BEWARE AND DON"T GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! I tried to call the number listed and it's a predatory phone number. They said it's for a "certificate" and want your information, but when you ask if it's an apartment complex, they just hang up on you.

In searching for a new place to live this place was one of the ones on my list tried stopping by the leasing office lights were on but the door was locked clearly someone was there tried calling the number both times were blown off like they could care less the guy who answered the 2nd time seemed to have an attitude about him saying he'd call me back but never got a call granted I never lived here before but was very put off it's not how you should be acting especially if you want people to rent here in my opinion sorry
