Great experience with banker Anna who was very proactive in finding me a safety deposit box that would fit my needs. She called other branches to find the right size box and set up an appointment for me. I'm very appreciative!

Not a great experience. Online it said 5:30pm is when it will close and as we got there this bigger girl started yelling at me “sorry were closed!” and rushed to close the doors. rudely. then me and my mother just stood there looking online banks that are near to cash my check, she then proceeded to yell at us to leave the property. we were there for ONE minute max like we couldn’t just stand there looking online the near banks that will be opened at 5:30? I get that the bank is closed at the moment but a nicer approach would have made the whole situation more understandable. GET NICER EMPLOYEES!

Very clean and it wasn’t busy at all. We went inside just 30mins before they closed and they gave great service. We came into cash a check and we don’t have an account here and wasnt sure if we would have any issues and it was a pleasant experience.

Wells Fargo’s incompetence was evident when I attempted to wire money to my dentist in Costa Rica. Despite completing all the paperwork, they then assigned a “better” person for the transfer, which was never completed. After a month of delays and inadequate compensation, Wells Fargo finally acknowledged their mistake and issued a $50 payment. This experience wasted significant time and money on phone bills and hold times. Any other bank would have provided better service.

Evette the manager said they don’t have enough cash because of the holidays. Lol. Horrible customer service!
