Margie and her son had to be two of the rudest, most unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with! I mean no regard at all to Tenants rights. They would show up to units without prior notice. Margie would send neighborhood addicts and shade tree repair men to come by and rig things up, causing me to have to keep calling to have it worked on again and again. Overall though, her son who was also a part of the business was loud , rude, verbally aggressive to neighboring tenants and I knew that was not something that I would tolerate. I am just so glad that I am no longer dealing with them. Absolutely the worst management group (if that’s what you want to call it) ever!!! My mom has maintained residency on one of their property for years and it’s always something. They don’t properly screen most of their perspective tenants which has led to dangerous situations involving guns and the police. Late to respond to any requests yet quick to collect rent. They attempt to extort money from tenants to pay for repairs that fall within the guises of the rental agreement. Play favorites when it comes to tenants. I really think people should know with this company and their associates treat tenants like!!! I’m going to take some time to say the right thing so I will be back because I’m very very disappointed in this company and I would never recommend it to anyone !! I believe the person name is Margie Wells very unprofessional and terrible customer service witnessed taking advantage of low income people...
