I rented this apartment and had a very good experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The person who assisted me ( his name is Raul Pulido) was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier. I truly appreciated the support.

I love my apartment and everything is nice. Except for the water garbage in sewage, it cost too much. Don't wanna move, but looking for a place where utilities are included. I just cost too much. I would love to stay here if I hadn't have to pay so much. For the water garbage and sewage other than that, everything is okay. You do still have people smoking on the balconies. Not cleaning up after they dog. But other than that, it's all good. It's a very good place to live and very convenient. A lot of different places to go to eat. Add to shop, easy on freeway and off.

Don Juan is a great working guy. He helped right away and fixed my issue.

Because their good @ fixing things & they r nice kind & know how to get the job done & I love their staff & they loved 😍 my cats 😻😻☺️ I am happy that I am their resident

The apartments are comfortable from a perspective of living space, well taken care of as well. But we've been living here for 6 months and all of our neighbors (2nd floor, back, right and left) all of them smoke inside the building and that smoke comes inside our apartment and it's disgusting and health threatening, being people that we don't smoke. Admin has not been able to create enough awareness about this issue, even though it's prohibited to smoke inside the apt. For people that have children or don't smoke living here would not be a good option.
