Team Crossroads really cares about the community and makes you feel right at home. They always go above and beyond to help. Just recently, they put together an amazing Halloween event for the kids. A few months ago, I submitted a service request and maintenance showed up in less than an hour—even on a weekend—and got the job done quickly. Huge shoutout to the whole team for their dedication and hard work!

I put in a maintenance this morning and the same day Edward came out to fix some plumbing issues promptly. Everything went smoothly and he was very polite and cordial! Love that we have a good community here that cares about the tenants and handles maintenance requests efficiently. Shout out to Edward and Jonathan for always being so friendly and amazing!

This has been the best experience iv had my whole 33 years of living. First let me start off with how AMAZING MRS.LYNN IS!!!! My family and I was looking g for a temporary home to land as we moved to the Concord area. We chose Crossroads out of many homes we were looking for because of Mrs. Lynn. The love, care and attention she gave us was so welcoming and I knew from the first conversation that it was the one. Our whole journey has been so blessed. My kids absolutely love Mrs. Lynn. If your looking for a loving family vibe !! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! Mrs. Lynn thank you so much for the experience you have given us. Clean, accommodating with wonderful management team!! My 75-year-old mother moved in a few years ago. Lynn Alexander immediately made her feel at home and has continued to be professional, caring, and simply wonderful. The unit was fresh and clean and grounds are very well kept. The pool is nice as well. There are grass areas and a playground too! It is also a great place if you have pets (dog park on site). It is directly across from a very nice shopping center that has all you could ask for. Safeway, CVS, and every type of restaurant you can think of. Crossroads has many great features. I highly recommend this place!!

My partner & I were very interested in living here as our tour went great, it was in our budget, & checked all of our boxes. After the tour, everything was downhill from there. We could not get in contact with the property manager (the person we toured with) and the leasing agent could not answer any question we had without her. We could not pay our application/holding fee online & were told by the leasing agent that our rent may change due to market price, which shouldn’t be the case because THEIR system was the only reason we couldn't move forward. Ultimately, we had to write a check & pay it in person & that also was not smooth or easy because we were told the wrong address to write the check out to. We were flexible with our move in date & were specifically advised to choose somewhere
