Arcadian Apartments

Arcadian apartments does not care about the safety and security of its residents. they do NOTHING to protect residents from the random people walking through the parking lots and breaking into cars. they claim there's "security" i have never once seen any security in 2.5 years living here. there are constant recurring car break in issues at this apartment and they do nothing. ive given them $60,000 of my hard earned money and when I come to them in need of help because of criminal activity happening on their property, I get told to make a useless insurance claim and reminded not to be late on my $2000 rent payment

I lived here for two years and I highly recommend living here. Management is great and they try their best to create a welcoming environment. Maintenance team is awesome. They will quickly and professional fix anything. It is conveniently located next to a Lucky's Supermarket and In-Shape Gym. The apartment has a gym, but if you want a gym with sauna and basketball courts like I did you may want to join. The central air conditioning is a big plus.

Lived here for a few years a while back. Expensive but overall not a bad place. Plenty of parking covered and not covered. Close to quite a few different shopping centers and schools varying from elementary to high school. They have a nice pool and hot tub with bbq's. They also have a decent laundry room and small gym. If you can afford it it's not a bad place to live

Fantastic and affordable place with great leasing office staff. Only caveat - Laundry. Pros: 1. Probably the best place in this side of Concord. (I’d even say East Bay. We searched all across Walnut Creek, Pleasant hill too before we found this place). 2. Clean. Nicely landscaped. 3. Very nice pool, jacuzzi 4. Very Good and always functional gym 5. Assigned Car ports. Plenty of parking for visitors, or your second car. 6. No roaches. 7. Very close to the Clayton Valley shopping complex and Lucky. You really don’t need a car if you work from home. 8. Elementary school is Silverwood Elementary, which is always 8+ rated. 9. Yet, the cheapest (for the quality offered) in the area. 8. We have been living here for the last eight months. It is a very good apartment with amenities like gym, pool, spa etc and with a safe environment. The necessary shops for every day’s living and banks are located in a walking distance. We have a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment with a sun-kissed patio and the sweeping view of mount diablo. Most importantly, the apartment management/staff is exceedingly gracious and efficient. They are easy to reach and approachable and handle our complaints and requests in a timely and fair way. Special thanks to Lara who personally assisted us from the very first day. We are also thankful to Jason who is very skillful to understand the tenants' need and provide the support accordingly.
