I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing maintenance issues, poor management, and overall condition of this property. The response to maintenance requests has been consistently inadequate. One major example is the air conditioning unit, which required replacement throughout the summer. Despite multiple requests, maintenance did not address the issue until two to three weeks before summer ended, at which point I was informed that “higher management wants to wait until next summer to replace it.” This is only one of several maintenance concerns that were either delayed or ignored entirely. Not even worth 1 star …. I believe the apartment needs to work on core values of what it takes to retain great renters and clean up and care for what they rent. If someone gives proper notice and moves out and cleans leaving the rest for maintenance to paint after each renter replace carpets after each renter that responsibility is on the apartment not on the previous claiming the renter trashed the apartment and leaving them with a big bill that is not the previous renters. Stand up and own what you provide people in need for. Save the bills for the “I don’t give a shit renters “ and respect good renters.

I have complained on several occasions about the cleanliness of the building. The garbage dump smells really bad and is dirty. The laundry room looks like they urinate in it and the hallways look really bad. It is actually very unpleasant to arrive at the building and see it in such a bad state. Regarding maintenance, the new gentleman is excellent. He fixed my heating and had no faults. He was very kind. On past occasions I asked for maintenance and they did not fix it correctly, but he fixed what had to be fixed in the best way.

Extremely professional management and maintenance. Very attentive, great at communication, and resolving any issues. Convenient and pretty area to live.

Maintenance rarely shows up unless it’s for an emergency. If you need maintenance for something minor you have to call numerous times. I’ve spotted roaches in the trash chute, hallways and many in my clients home. Trash area is never clean. Tenants leave their junk in the halls as “donations”. I just wouldn’t recommend. Besides all of that though, the area it’s located in is convenient.
