Summit Oaks

Great place to live. Quiet, yet full of a variety of people of different ages. They respect how things should be done and do them the right way! Maintenance wise as well.. Great neighbors who watch out for yet don't bother you. Huge rooms as well! Underground parking, which is something I've never had. Love this community!

I moved here just recently. From the very first moment of the interview with Cheryl was a smooth transition. Once in the apartment it has been a pleasant place to be. The manager Cheryl is very easy to deal with and very respectful and kind. The people who live here are happy to help a new-comer that has questions. It's a very friendly place. The maintenance crew is on top of things, you don't have to wait a long time at all to get a concern addressed and fixed. The grounds are kept clean and manicured very nicely. I love the back yard, it is so peaceful and pretty. I have been enjoying meeting my neighbors. Many of them have been here for years which indicates to me that they are happy living here. I'm glad to be here!

My In-Laws moved into Summit Oaks the Fall of 2021. During the three years that they resided there we found the management to be very responsive and helpful especially when there were any maintenance items that needed to be addressed. The complex was always exceptionally clean and so inviting especially with their beautiful seasonal and holiday decorations. My In-Laws always enjoyed the variety of activities and events that were organized and offered especially for the resident senior citizens. Summit Oaks Community Room as well as their beautiful outdoor pool and deck area are such an added bonus for families to enjoy. I have lived here for a few months, again, and I lived here for a couple years previously. It was during Covid and no other apartments would let me tour. Summit Oaks for the win gave me a tour and I fell in love. The apartments are good sized and they have like 12 different floor plans. I feel safe here, love the underground parking-did I say they have a car wash port available to use? That is so convenient!!! No freezing doors after a wash. They have upgraded all the appliances and they have an outdoor pool. I used the pool often with other tenants and we felt like it was a resort. They have outdoor grills. The staff are nice, and helpful, lots of activities going on geared toward the more elderly retired people. The only thing they don’t have is a washer dryer in the unit.

The people at Summit Oaks, both staff and residents, are most welcoming to a new resident and have continued to make me feel at home throughout my first year. Little extras like finding a birthday card in my door, having a say in senior activities, and the exquisite, carefully done decorations for every occasion make me feel continually welcome. Summit Oaks is truly my home.
