We just closed on selling our home yesterday with Tiffany and Rod (and team). The service was great! After we dropped our price by $10k, we ended up receiving a full price offer! One thing to note, if you hire this team, know that Tiffany is involved in the negotiations and communications between agents. She does not host any open houses, rather her team members do this for her. This isn’t a bad thing just a gap in our understanding. That said, her team does great job with the open houses and showings. We really connected well with Rod Larson. Super nice guy! Tiffany did a great job negotiating on our behalf. Thank you GYH Team!
