Golden Aspen Flats Apartments

My daughter and I stumbled upon Golden Aspen Flats on a Friday while apartment shopping. We wanted to tour but that was the day of the Fall Festival, which was an event planned for the residents of the this beautiful housing community. The view of the lobby was very inviting and clean. DeAnn is a skilled professional, who is very well organized, so there were flyers available for potential and future residents to take and learn more about this awesome place. We scheduled our tour, came back on Monday, filled out our application and moved in on Wednesday. DeAnn, is a beautiful person with a caring and kind spirit, she goes the extra mile to get things done. I would like to first note that this review is old, I lived here the first year that they opened but am writing because even after a year of leaving I’m still mesmerized by the mixed experience. The apartment was beautiful, I knew the previous manager personally so I will leave that bias out of my review - and DeAnn was new so this is not a reflection of them but moreso upper management - but my experience was atrocious. The rent was high, which can be expected of a new build however we were charged for every measly utility. I paid for gas, trash and sewage on top of renters insurance & electric leaving the rent 2k plus (and it has increased since I left). There were multiple times when I reached out to upper management to avoid bias from my personal relationship with the landlord at the t

I had a wonderful experience touring Apartment today. The manager Deann was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease during the tour. The customer service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the personal touch and kindness I received. I left the tour feeling very confident and excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re apartment hunting!

My fiancé and I have been living here for almost three years. It has been nothing but wonderful. Deanne is kind, honest, and a very compassionate property manager. When we have a problem she’s right on it, she answers the phone when we call, and she gives grace if something was done the wrong way. The neighbors are nice. We live on third floor, the upstairs neighbors aren’t loud, it’s a very quiet area, safe for kids, and dogs. Sometimes people leave trash where they aren’t supposed to once in a blue moon, but Deanne is on it. We are signing another lease this upcoming December. Best believe it.

Working with Deann has been a wonderful experience. She was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting us into Golden Aspen Flats. Deann made everything smooth and stress-free, always quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. We truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property management coordinator who genuinely cares.
