I don’t usually write reviews, but I think future residents should be aware of a few ongoing issues here. 1️⃣ Sanitation issues The trash rooms often have a lot of fruit flies, and you can even see them inside the elevator. In the summer, there are also many fruit flies inside our unit, and even in the winter we still have fruit flies almost every day. The garage area is also consistently dirty, with trash scattered near the parking spaces and along the sides of the garage. In warmer months, if we open our living room door or windows, regular flies from outside come in immediately, and the first-floor trash room has flies and even rats, so we basically have to keep everything closed most of the time. 2️⃣ “Nonsmoking” policy not enforced / strong odors The building is advertised as “nonsm

1/5 — Extremely disappointed as a paying resident I truly wish I could say things have improved here, but as someone who also rents the assigned garage parking spaces (#40 and #41), I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly. At this point, I am not angry — I am simply disappointed. Unauthorized vehicles continue to park in our assigned spots, and each time it happens, we are unable to use a service we pay extra for. What is even more disappointing is that the problem has been reported multiple times, yet nothing has been fixed in a meaningful or lasting way. During one incident, we called the office and after-hours line again and again, but no towing ever came. Management later apologized and told us the misunderstanding had been corrected, and that the towing company had be

I can’t keep writing from my profile so I’m using my husbands to continue : Fire alarms For three consecutive Mondays, the fire alarm has been activated. The first time was absolutely terrifying. The alarm caused panic, people ran outside, and there was no fire and no explanation afterward. The following Monday it happened again. By the third Monday, residents no longer evacuated at all. This is extremely dangerous. If a real fire were to occur, residents may not respond because trust in the alarm system has been lost. Parking and indoor garage Additionally, I pay over $100 every month for indoor parking, which is a common area, yet in reality residents can rarely park in the space they pay for. Non-residents frequently use the garage, charge their electric vehicles, and occupy spaces

Wow. Just… wow. I didn’t realize I signed a lease at a comedy show, but here we are. This place should honestly charge admission, because the level of dysfunction is unbelievable. 1. The garage door has two moods: WIDE OPEN or COMPLETELY DEAD. Security? Never heard of her! Sometimes the garage door stays open like it’s inviting the whole neighborhood in for a party. Other times it won’t open for weeks — literally weeks — and apparently each repair requires a NASA-level mission because it takes 2–3 weeks every single time. 2. My paid parking spot? Oh, please — it’s basically community property. Anyone can park there. Random strangers, lost tourists, the mailman, whoever. And management’s response? “We’ve requested service.” They must have that phrase printed on sticky notes because it’s t

The Wellington Parkside is a great place to live if you are a dog person. The staff - is kind, approachable, helpful, and very accommodating when it comes to my disability. Maintenance team is very prompt and polite. The office staff especially Brett and Cameron are very responsive and always willing to help. The residents - are mostly nice and thoughtful, but I would say there are one or two incredibly passive aggressive residents who could care less about hogging the only car charger, or even claiming other peoples' PAID for parking spots as their own if the actual owner goes out of town for more then 4-5 days. As for the facilities themselves... the electricity sometimes is backcharged by maybe even 4-6 months so you will have to set that aside for when that bill arrives. I have neve
