We’ve been living at Artemas for about five months now and can genuinely say we’ve really enjoyed our experience so far. The management team and staff have been consistently responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that come up, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. We have yet to have a request denied. They also always check up with us once a month to see if we have any questions. We live on the top floor and currently don’t have neighbors next to or below us, so we can’t fully speak to noise levels. That said, since it’s a newer building, there’s a good chance new residents may enjoy some quieter months while the community fills in. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. There’s plenty of lawn space, which is especially great for dog owners. Our ma

I absolutely love this complex. All the amenities have been lovely! Same with the community events. There is always someone in the leasing office when scheduled so when I need to go down and ask a question! Also, they have all been friendly and courteous when I go to talk to them. It is the most dog friendly apartment complex I have ever lived in. All of my maintenance requests have been fixed in a timely fashion. I will admit it is the most expensive apartment complex I've lived in, but between the quality of everyone in the leasing office and amenities I'd say it's worth it

The apartments themselves are very nice and feel modern and luxurious, but unfortunately there are several ongoing issues that take away from the experience of living here. Since moving in, the fire alarms go off every other day at all hours, including late at night and during sleeping hours, which has been extremely disruptive and frustrating. While the units are well done, the common areas are not maintained the way you would expect for the price. Hallways often have trash left out, and they are not cleaned regularly. If you live on any floor other than the first, you are required to bring cardboard boxes all the way downstairs because cleaners will not collect them from the trash rooms. Even so, many residents ignore this policy, which results in trash rooms being filled with cardboard

The apartment is very luxurious, and all the appliances are new and of great quality. However, because they are new, some of them didn’t work. We were already busy with the move-in process, but the washing machine’s plug wasn’t connected, so we had to find a long stick to plug it in ourselves. The water pump wasn’t working either, so we fixed that too. Fortunately, the maintenance team came a few hours after we had already fixed the washing machine, but we appreciated CJ's promptness. The dishwasher also isn’t working, and although we wanted to fix it ourselves, we couldn’t, so we had to submit a repair request late at night. Since we have a baby, we don’t wear outdoor shoes inside the unit, but the maintenance team keeps coming in with outdoor shoes on. We keep wiping and cleaning, but i

We’ve had 5 to 6 false fire alarm activations just this year, and it has made living here incredibly stressful. We have a young baby, and the false alarms are extremely loud. They wake our child in fear, raise real concerns about hearing, and once our baby wakes up, getting them back to sleep is nearly impossible. This has seriously affected our family’s rest and daily life. Management’s response was that there is nothing they can do. While safety is very important, paying residents should not have to live in constant anxiety, wondering if an alarm will go off every night. The fire alarm goes off so often that I can’t tell if it’s real or a false alarm anymore, and that honestly makes me worry more about safety. While this apartment is very pretty and luxurious, for families with babies or
