I’ve had a great experience renting and living here. I have been living here 10 months now and I find the management team is very responsive and addresses any concerns swiftly. The property is consistently well-maintained, and I truly appreciate the clean, pest-free environment—no rats or roaches, unlike my previous apartment in Malden ! It’s a relief to live in a place that prioritizes both upkeep and tenant communication. Highly recommend.

We lived in a property managed by Mastrocola management for more than 6 years. We had a great experience. Ron always had our back, and very supportive. The maintenance staff was amazing. Very polite and always there to help.

Reasonably priced apartments, and a landlord who cares about his relationship with the tenants. My girlfriend and I had a great experience. Landlord was responsive when communicated with and was helpful in scheduling needed repairs or quick fixes with the company's maintenance guy (also very nice person).

Ron Mastrocola is an excellent landlord, and that's not something I would say lightly. I lived in one of his apartment complexes in Medford for several years. He was always very professional, responsive, and courteous. The complex I lived in was well taken care of, and Ron and his maintenance man (extremely nice guy) always took care of any requests made. They were also very respectful of my space and time constraints when access to the apartment was needed. Finally, and most importantly, when it came to money, Ron was always fair and reasonable. He stuck to both the signed lease terms and unsigned modifications, and I got my complete deposit back without any question.

I enjoyed staying at one of the appartments there for 13 years. Very friendly and professional Landlord. Always ready to help.
