Yeah I'm typing this to say one of your realtors, Yashira Claussell, is completely unprofessional. My partner and I had attempted to schedule an apartment viewing with her. We were very flexible and had told her our availability. Do you know she disknowledged that and proceeded to ask if I was available at a day and time that I wasn't available? After I told her my availability. I told her this, then instead of scheduling the viewing on April 20, it had to be the 21st. Not because of us, but because of her schedule. We were flexible with her again. The last time I spoke with her was the 18th. She said she was going to check in with the tenants of the apartment to confirm that time on the 21st with me. Never got back to me. I missed out on an opportunity because of her. I wouldn't have her

Pena realty just doesn't like to respond to apartment renters. I've seen a few nice apartments for rent recently and each one I've messaged, texted or emailed about was completely IGNORED! Maybe Pena realty doesn't have enough rental agents or not enough time to acknowledge a person who goes out of their way to show interest and is in need of a nice and affordable apartment to rent. My past apartment searching experience tells me to stay away from these kind of Realtors. What's sad is, most Realtors practice business this way. It's a shame that I had to be ignored and you drove me to write a bad review. You need to show respect and pay attention to every client that shows interest in any sort of place you are selling or renting.

I called Pena Realty and was directed to Tirso. I am a first time home buyer and was new to the whole process. Tirso took a lot of time to explain and walk us through the process and what to expect. Highly recommend Tirso to anyone looking for a new home.

Very quick to return of my call Very helpful in regards of my questions over the phone. However I didn't use their services because their written terms,📝 seems to be incomplete,🙄 contradicting🤔 and confusing.😕 To the agent I was working with, took days😓 to return my calls📱 and emails🖥 In regards of my concerns he either WASN'T HONEST or DIDN'T KNOW the answer to very important questions.
