Welleon

I moved here for the views, and they did not disappoint. I read somewhere that looking at water for a few minutes brings down stress levels, and living at the Welleon was pretty low stress for this reason and many others. This was my first apartment living experience, and it set the standard. The property developers/owners clearly put a lot of thought into the design with a jaw dropping rooftop lounge and pool, but I think the underrated feature is the shared sunset terrace/porch giving everyone in the building access to the best view of the lake. The large windows letting in so much light also greatly helped with the Cleveland winter blues. The property manager, Chantal, is also great at what she does. I'm on my second year at Welleon and I highly recommend. While I've enjoyed my previous apartments in Cleveland, this building is on another level. The design feels really intentional; the kitchens and closets provide a ton of storage, the appliances, fixtures, and finishes are all great quality, and the concrete building alleviates noise complaints that come along with many apartment buildings. The amenities really enhance the daily experience of living here; the rooftop pool gets sun all day long, the sunset terrace has insane views, and the gym has plenty of compound equipment to accommodate a balanced workout routine. Living at the Welleon for the last year has been exceptional! The building feels like a hotel. The units are modern and bright with lots of windows. The pool and penthouse are always clean. The rare time we’ve had issues (getting locked out, parking issues) Chantal is always available by text and responds almost immediately. Chantal makes the Welleon the wonderful place that it is and we cannot say enough positive things about her. The residents and community are truly what makes the Welleon the best living experience we’ve had in Cleveland. Everyone is quiet, respectful, friendly, and clean - we all respect the space and building like it’s our own. We are very sad to be moving out but cannot recommend the Welleon enough!

The Welleon is a beautiful place to live. I adore its proximity to the city of Cleveland, Edgewater and my job. The food options are endless, and you can walk almost anywhere and find a fun place to be. Being in my mid-30s makes The Welleon an ideal place to call home. The staff, especially Chantal, is exceptional. She’s incredibly helpful and always has a warm smile and a loving attitude. She truly embodies the spirit of this apartment complex and has made me feel right at home. I highly recommend The Welleon to anyone seeking luxury living.

I absolutely love living at the Welleon! I’ve been here for over a year and recently moved units to get a water view of Lake Erie and enjoy the sunsets. Moving can be stressful, but Welleon’s management made the process seamless—coordinating dates, allowing me to visit the new apartment multiple times to plan furniture placement, and providing large elevators and convenient community moving equipment. The views are by far my favorite part of living here. I can see the water from my new unit, and in the summer I race home to make dinner and eat on the sunset terrace overlooking Edgewater—it truly feels like being on vacation. You can even enjoy lake views from the heated rooftop pool, which stays open through early fall. Beyond the views, I love the modern, brand-new feel of my apartment
