Weinberg Village III

I have lived in building #3 for 5 years now and have never experienced what I’m about to say. On 6/29/2018 a man died in his apartment on the first floor. His body was not removed until 7/2/2018. The man for whatever reason never used A/C. So needless to say his body started to quickly decompose in the stifling heat of his apartment. I can’t begin to describe the odor that we residents had to put up with for almost 4 days. And believe it or not as I write this review on 7/6/2018 the stench of rotting human flesh is still in the air. The building manager, Cheryl tried to appease us by handing out air freshener. I visited Weinberg village 2 Monday April 17 with a family member the building overall was in need of new carpet and outdated… However, We received outstanding customer service from the building manager Ms Tiffany she was very patient and informative.

Since construction started nearby, the complex is overrun with rodents and the maintenance does not consider it important enough to send Exterminator out to resolve the problem. I was on a waiting list ten years to be in an apartment filled with vermin!!!!

I am just learning of the mice infestation that is running rapid through these apartments if our Seniors and Veterans and nothing is being done to assist. Deployment
