This was the worst experience I have ever had with a title company. I had to hand write most of the documents, I had to interpret what they were, this company provided no help or guidance, they left me to figure it out all on my own, dates on documents were incorrect, there were documents in the packet they said I had to sign when in fact it didn’t apply to the state we were selling in and it was only when I challenged them that they realized I didn’t need to sign, they gave me an excuse that they were doing this transaction as a favor to someone and that they weren’t familiar with our state which is completely unprofessional, they said they wouldn’t leave the office until things were made right and instead turned their phone off at 5pm and ignored my realtor’s calls, they delayed closing

She was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive, which made the process of buying my first home smooth. Any and all my questions were answered in a timely matter and she did not hesitate to explain things over when I didn’t understand it the first time.
