Ballard Green

Hey guys, if you can pick another place to move, do so. It’s too much trying to live in this community and you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere. The HOA is very strict and it’s not worth it. Feels like you’re being heavily monitored over here. Been living here for about a year, still waiting on pool passes. I’ve been fined for having my trash can outside of the house and not in the garage. Who put their trash can inside the garage? That’s gross. My dog and son were attacked by a pit bull within the community and once I got a chance to talk with the HOA they told me to try to record the incident next time. The dog had to get surgery and it was just a hot mess. If you can save and get a single family home, do so. I’d also recommend Groveton Green Apts if you’re really in need. Howev

We came to the Ballard Green community to check it out to see if we would purchase a townhome through Ryan Homes. The area is very nice and suburban though the roads are a little narrow. There is a school right there which is well organized so that traffic is not an issue. There is also a clubhouse here which has gym like equipment though I have never been inside to see it.

Great community that is perfect for families and single people. Close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation
