The Apartments at Owings Run

I’ve been a resident for over three years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this community. The management staff is pleasant, professional and solution focused. I also enjoy that we have a diverse community and the staff have many resident activities for everyone. Very few communities foster a neighborhood within the complex, however, we know our neighbors and we celebrate each other. This is an amazing community. I really enjoy living here.

Malik did an excellent job fixing my kitchen sink. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done properly. He worked efficiently and left the area clean afterward. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Usually complaints are all some people take out the time to report. I would like to recognize the good of Malik. He exceeds expectations in all of. our dealings. He is polite, knowledgeable and easy going. He deserves all the accolades and rewards due him. Thank you Malik
