Maintenance is a joke. The front office ladies are always ignorant! Nothing gets done. They threatened to tow a vehicle for plowing...and it wasn't even plowed! A car has been in the 24 hour parking spot since November! WHAT A JOKE!

I live in one of your apartments here in anchorage when I first moved in to your apartment it was noted to have a broken window that was promised to be fixed. That was back in June it didn’t get addressed til the second week of September the widows was just a wooden board that was not even seal allowing pest to come into my home and infest it. When they did fix the widow they only bated my house and offered 575 dollars to my family for the pest that are now infesting my future. They also broke another window that has Dutch tape over it with no follow up when they would return to fix it. I am completely shocked and devastated that your company would allow this neglect to continue to affect my family in such a disturbing manner. Weidner seems like they do alot of misrepresentation on how they operate and move in business i was told by manager i could be late on rent started new job check was coming in mail this lady after 9 months being late on her letting me know it's ok put me into court said in lease I gave 0 deposit and would get 0 back all because I said I was moving when lease is up . They seem very criminal and need to be investigated. She charges tenants 50 dollars a bag if u leave trash outside your door. Just disgusting people. I was only late not behind . I want my deposit back and to move thats it . Court here we come . Its not right . They close out maintenance request that are not complete at all. This was a godsend when I first moved in from Seward, but for 3 winters I had so much condensation running down my windows to the carpet, I had mushrooms growing out of carpet and drywall. Mold builds up around windows every winter, the moisture warped the cabinets, and the mildew ruined food. This August11, I got an email saying the elevator would be out of service for 6 weeks. I had an appt for hip replacement surgery the 13th which required 6 week recovery. I live on the 3rd floor. I asked if they could postpone elevator work. Alpine's solution was to either move me to a ground floor apt. or break my lease and allow me to move out. In one day. Unable to walk. Tell me again how "Weidner Cares". The office staff at Montclaire are pretty good about communication. However, the maintenance staff are super inconsiderate and don't communicate hardly at all even with the office staff. This makes it super hard to coordinate things like getting minors or pets out of the unit or clearing items from an area they need to access. It's been two weeks they've been popping in and out of our unit, saying they are completely done then coming back an hour later needing access. The office will sometimes call when they know maintenance needs to enter, but then I rush to get my kid out and maintenance doesn't show up for 2 to 3 hrs if they even show up at all that day which they won't let you know. Office staff even admitted that maintenance knew the issue but they havent been communicating with them
