Let me tell you about my friend, Graceanne Welsh, Branch Vice President in Sea Girt. We met through work about 10 years ago and she made an immediate impression on me. She just gets it. From genuinely relating to all types of people, to strong professionalism, organization, and truly knowing her stuff. And if the situation calls for backbone she can rise to the occasion if needed. She was my first choice when it came to buying my home in 2024. She impressed the owners of my former rental so much, she became their realtor. My favorite thing about Graceanne is her attitude of “let’s make this work”. This past week I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital with no one around to take of my dogs. I reached out to her. She said “My car is snowed in, but hang tight, let me see what I can do”. S

I’ve never lived in New Jersey. I’ve never subscribed to any of your emails. I’ve unsubscribed 18 times but still get your emails. I’ve left messages for your company to be removed and still nothing. Now as a veteran, I will leave this review get it fixed or the review stays. And I’m sorry if you get bad reviews from other veterans or other people for harassing Veterans I have unsubscribed 18 times.

I was a realtor for Sea Girt office & thought Jim Johnson was very professional & had a positive outlook,helpful & couteous! The agents & mortgage rep were also pleasure to work with!

Some how the weichert compony took a list of my previous addresses and people I lived with and keeps emailing me spam about homes in each of the areas I have lived in. Shame on them for unscrupulous mass email campaigns.

Don’t do business with this real estate office. James Johnson the managing broker is a scam. I am Filing a report with NAR.
