I deal with life safety elements of construction, particularly the things that make a building safer if there is ever a fire. Too often builders either don't know, don't care or are content to cut corners to save their schedules or their budgets. NOT THIS CREW! They took the time to do things right. They hired us to help consult on the project and rather than argue that something might be done cheaper, they looked at the long term liability of the "cheap" option. God forbid there is a fire in one of their buildings, but if there is, they could not have done anything more to ensure the safety of the people living here. I would work with this team any time!
