From the get go Christian is an excellent expectation setter and knowledgeable assisting navigating what loan product makes the most sense to the client. He's constantly keeping you updated on where the loan is in the process of underwriting, appraisal, approval - he's always available to answer questions or concerns; he's got a great team of people who are always friendly and able to meet deadlines, and close deals without any headaches.
