I recently had the pleasure of selling a property with Ilze as my agent. She greatly simplified the process by always being one step ahead and letting me know what was next. Her opinions and recommendations in response to offers were invaluable. Her instincts of what to expect or how a buyer may respond where always accurate. Ilze often offered to help be it availability for an inspection, visiting borough hall or making calls all to keep the process moving along. I also appreciated that she was not afraid to get directly involved with the attorneys, either buying or selling. My last real estate transaction was over 20 years ago. Ilze’s wisdom and guidance throughout the entire process were invaluable for me.

Ilze worked tirelessly to help us find our new home during the most challenging time for a buyer. She always made herself available to get us in to see potential houses as soon as they came on the market, and always gave us her honest opinion after a showing. She never made us feel pressured if she knew we were unsure of a particular house, even with the market the way it was. Ilze was our real estate agent in the purchase of a summer house in Sea Girt. My wife and I have purchased several houses in our 55 years of marriage.
