We’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and it has been a really positive experience. The home itself is beautiful — very clean, well-maintained, and upgraded with features that make it feel comfortable and modern. The management team has consistently been responsive and easy to work with. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to help and very professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and want things to run smoothly. Overall, we’ve been very happy here and appreciate how well the property is managed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-kept home and a dependable management team.

Carrie has been amazing. I have contacted her several times, with lots of questions and she is always prompt and so helpful. The property is so nice and we can’t wait to make this our home.

I lived in a home managed by Wedgewood Properties for several years. The house was very nice and the location was great. There were a couple times that I needed for the air conditioner to be serviced and their was a worker there in under an hour to work on the unit. Typically, property management companies are difficult to deal with when something needs repaired or when moving out of the property. Wedgewood made both of those situations so easy. They fixed things quickly when needed (which wasn't often at all) and when I moved out, I received most of my deposit back. They didn't come up with any fake reasons for keeping my money. They're a great company to rent from and I loved my time with them.
