Village at Pepper Creek Apartments

I’ve lived at the Village at Pepper Creek for about six months now, and it’s been a great experience. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff! Barbie and Angelica were incredibly kind, caring, and quick to respond during my move-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. And James is truly the best maintenance professional you could ask for. He responds to requests extremely quickly, and you can tell he’s both skilled and passionate about his work. Any issue I’ve had has been fixed in 15 minutes or less. I genuinely appreciate the entire team here for helping me feel comfortable and at home in Temple. They are consistently kind, helpful, and efficient.

Great place to live with a well-maintained community and responsive staff. James, the Maintenance Supervisor, deserves special recognition for being proactive (such as noticing and addressing exterior issues before they’ve even reported) and for resolving concerns quickly and thoroughly. Throughout my nearly one year of tenancy, James has been friendly and welcoming, and always takes the time to offer a wave and a smile. I also want to acknowledge Barbie, the Property Manager, and Angelica in the leasing office, who have been helpful and responsive when assistance is needed. It’s these consistent interactions, along with the property’s attention to detail, that truly make a difference. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with James from the start. He was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He gave us a thorough tour and answered all our questions. It’s been almost 3 weeks since we moved in and everything has been great:))

From our first meeting with James Crathers(Maintenance Supervisor), he has been very professional, friendly and helpful. As we moved in he stopped to chat and offer his services. From replacing window screens, checking locks, answering questions to charging the car battery, James demonstrates a strong work ethic and is dedicated to his job. We love it here at Village at Pepper Creek, and plan to stay for a while! Great apartment and amenities. A special shoutout goes to the office and maintenance crew, they are ALL awesome - very personable and attentive to anything we might need. I definitely recommend this place!
